Clothes Show

Last weekend me and another fashion writer from the magazine went up to the Clothes Show in Royal Victoria for the weekend.

I've never been before, as previously it has been held up in Birmingham so it was a nice surprise to have it so close to home. The venue is smaller than Birmingham but there were so many exhibition stands that it felt huge.
There was a lot going on over the weekend and it was such a brilliant opportunity to not only shop but to recieve some wonderful advice from top experts - including the wonderful Louise Roe, Erin O'Conor and many other hair and beauty experts.

The style stage was a personal favourite and on sunday we had the chance to watch the beauty finalists complete their looks on their models.

The fashion show was chock a block full of energy - the models looked fantastic and the dancing gave a real rush to the whole performance.

The lovely George Lamb and beautiful Erin O'Conor did a fabulous job of presenting the whole thing, and we were able to grab a seat whilst Erin did an interview after the show.

There were some amazing offers on make-up - the queue for the Rimmel counter was overwhelming, and there were many offers that were just too good to miss out on.
My personal favourite stall was the jewellery stall 'Malaya' whose jewellery is all hand made. They had some absolutely beautiful pieces and I bought a delicate bow necklace that I adore!

Here are some pictures to show all of you who didn't go what you missed out on...hopefully this will be a great incentive to buy tickets for next year as the clothes show is always improving.
